BSCAA Women in Leadership

Lunch & Awards 2026 - NSW

Join us for an exclusive celebration of leadership, innovation, and collaboration within our industry. This event brings together influential voices and emerging leaders for an afternoon of recognition, inspiration, and connection.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme reminds us that leadership thrives on generosity. When we share knowledge, mentor others, and create opportunities, we don’t just help others succeed, we strengthen our own leadership and build resilient organisations.

Our guest speakers will explore how this principle transforms workplaces and careers, offering practical strategies and personal insights to help you lead with impact.
